The All In

The ALL-IN: The Game of Inclusion (LGBTQ+) transforms sports into a safe, empowering space for trans and LGBTQ+ youth. Through dynamic programs, workshops and community initiatives, we help young athletes develop confidence, leadership skills, and the tools to challenge stereotypes. At the same time, we foster a supportive network of educators and sports professionals. Whether you’re a youth, educator or sports professional, ALL-IN provides the resources and support to create inclusive communities where everyone can thrive and belong.

Mission:

The mission of ALL-IN: The Game of Inclusion (LGBTQ+) is to create safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces for trans and LGBTQ+ youth in sports and education. Through leadership programs, mentorship and workshops and civic engagement initiatives, the project dismantles systemic barriers, challenges stereotypes, and equips young people, educators and sports professionals with practical tools to foster lasting acceptance, equity and community impact.

Our Primary Target Group:

  • LGBTQ+ youth aged 15 to 25, those most at risk of discrimination and exclusion in sports.
  • Sports educators and professionals: Key allies and decision-makers who contribute to creating safe and inclusive spaces for LGBTQ+ athletes.

Indirect Target group:

● Policymakers, advocacy groups, and local communities, who gain from policy recommendations, awareness campaigns, and best practices for LGBTQ+ inclusion in sports and education.
● Schools, universities, youth organizations, and sports federations also benefit by adopting inclusive policies and practices.
● Families and friends of LGBTQ+ youth gain from increased awareness and community support.
