The All-In project is composed of four main activities:

ACT 1 focuses on Project Management and Coordination

to ensure efficient governance, communication and quality control across all partners. Key deliverables include kick-off meetings to define roles and responsibilities, milestone tracking, internal evaluations, the launch of the project’s digital platform, monthly partner meetings, a shared workspace, and final evaluation and dissemination plan.

ACT 2 entails The Inclusion Workshops:

Learn, Engage and Reflect, an interactive program that will be held in partner countries aimed to educate youth, educators, and sports professionals about the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals, such as discrimination, biases, and systemic barriers in sports settings. The workshops include empathy-building scenarios, case studies, and simulations, fostering inclusion, awareness, and practical solutions for LGBTQ+ participation in sports

ACT 3 involves Peer Mentoring & Collaborative Creation Labs

with structured mentorship and creative collaboration. This activity creates safe, supportive spaces where LGBTQ+ youth and allies can connect, share experiences, and develop advocacy skills through creative storytelling and collaborative projects. Mentors undergo comprehensive training sessions and receive ongoing support from a Mentor Coordinator, facilitated by the project.

ACT 4 is the Legacy Event & Future Connections Summit

which marks the final and most impactful gathering of the ALL-IN project. The event will showcase research findings, digital campaigns, podcasts, and youth-led storytelling initiatives, including a documentary and an exhibition. Expert-led panel discussions, seminars, workshops, and interactive focus groups will also take place. This event will also serve as a vital networking opportunity, connecting stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
